Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 2026

Mainline Site Services, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates operating under the Mainline Services name (collectively, “Mainline Services,” “Mainline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with our websites, digital platforms, apps, customer communications, service requests, transactions, and other services where this notice is posted or referenced (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice applies to personal information we process about customers, prospective customers, website visitors, users of our digital services, and other individuals who interact with Mainline Services. It does not apply to employee or applicant information governed by a separate workforce notice, or to third-party websites and services that have their own privacy policies.

Some features described in this notice may not be available at all times. References to accounts, apps, ecommerce, payments, advertising, or other digital features apply when those features are offered or enabled.

  • Account information: username, account settings, authentication information, and activity associated with an account where account features are offered.
  • Transaction and commercial information: purchases, quotes, invoices, payment status, transaction history, products or services requested, and related business records. Payment card information may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than stored by Mainline Services.
  • Communications: emails, messages, form submissions, customer-support communications, feedback, and records of our interactions with you.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and similar technical information.
  • Preferences and inferences: communication preferences, cookie choices, service interests, and reasonable inferences derived from information described above.
  • Other information you choose to provide: any additional information you voluntarily submit through the Services.

We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information through general website forms unless it is reasonably necessary for a specific service or transaction. If a feature requests precise geolocation, biometric information, government identification, or another category treated as sensitive under applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.

3. How we collect information

We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, from service providers that support our operations, from business partners or platforms you choose to connect with, and from publicly available sources where permitted by law.

Our websites and digital services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, device identifiers, and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for additional information and available choices.

4. How we use personal information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, support, and improve the Services.
  • Review service requests, prepare quotes, schedule work, communicate about projects, and provide customer support.
  • Process transactions, invoices, payments, refunds, and related accounting or fraud-prevention activities when applicable.
  • Create and manage accounts and authenticate users where account functionality is offered.
  • Personalize website or service experiences and remember preferences.
  • Measure website performance, understand how the Services are used, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features or services.
  • Send administrative, transactional, service-related, and customer-support communications.
  • Send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices.
  • Protect the security, integrity, and availability of our Services; detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, and security incidents.
  • Comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, tax and accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements and policies.
  • Support corporate transactions such as financing, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
  • Carry out any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

We seek to collect and use personal information that is reasonably relevant and necessary for the purposes described in this notice.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies

Our websites may use essential, functional, analytics, and advertising or marketing technologies. We currently use a cookie-consent tool to support visitor choices. Google Site Kit and other analytics or advertising tools may be used when enabled, and Microsoft Clarity, Jetpack, WooCommerce, or other WordPress services may also place or read cookies or similar technologies depending on the features in use.

Non-essential technologies may be subject to consent or opt-out controls where required. You can manage available choices through the cookie consent interface when displayed and through your browser or device settings. See the Cookie Policy for more information.

6. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Service providers and processors that provide hosting, website operations, CRM, analytics, communications, security, payment processing, accounting, document storage, advertising support, or other business services on our behalf.
  • Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and consultants where appropriate.
  • Business partners or third-party platforms when you request or authorize an integration, transaction, or feature involving them.
  • Government authorities, courts, and other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or respond to legal process.
  • Affiliates and transaction counterparties in connection with internal administration or a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
  • Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some disclosures involving advertising or online tracking technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where such laws apply to our activities, we will provide the disclosures and choices required by applicable law before engaging in those activities.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including to provide Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship involved, legal requirements, risk, and the systems in which information is stored. We may delete, anonymize, or aggregate information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. We also limit access to personal information based on business need where practicable. No security measure, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

  • Marketing email: you may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing message or by contacting us.
  • Cookies: you may use the cookie consent interface when available and your browser or device controls to manage cookies and similar technologies.
  • Account information: where account features are offered, you may be able to update information through your account settings.
  • Privacy requests: depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights described below.

Some browsers and devices support privacy preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Support for automated signals varies by browser, device, technology provider, and the laws that apply. If we engage in processing for which applicable law requires recognition of a particular opt-out signal, we will implement an appropriate mechanism before relying on that processing. You may also use the available cookie controls or contact us with a privacy request.

10. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, the nature of our relationship with you, and whether a particular privacy law applies to Mainline Services, you may have rights to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access information about that processing.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain personal information.
  • Opt out of certain processing for targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information, or certain profiling activities.
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable.
  • Appeal a decision regarding a privacy request where applicable.
  • Exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.

To submit a privacy request, contact customercare@gomainline.com. If we make an additional privacy-request form or method available, you may use that method as well. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity or authority before completing a request, and we may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits, subject to reasonable verification.

California residents: if the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to our processing, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive information about our collection, use, and disclosure practices. We do not sell personal information for money. If our future use of advertising technologies constitutes “sharing” or another activity subject to a statutory opt-out, we will provide the required opt-out mechanism before engaging in that activity.

Texas residents: if the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies to our processing, Texas residents may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of personal data, and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or qualifying profiling. Applicable request and appeal procedures will be provided as required.

11. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through general website services. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Certain services, promotions, or account features may impose a higher minimum age.

12. International access and transfers

Mainline Services is based in the United States. Our service providers and systems may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we may use contractual, technical, organizational, or other legally recognized mechanisms. We do not represent that Mainline Services participates in any particular voluntary international privacy certification unless we expressly state that participation and it is current.

13. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, social networks, app stores, analytics providers, advertising services, or other platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information directly to a third party.

14. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.

15. reCAPTCHA and website security

We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect our website and online forms against spam, fraud, automated submissions, and other abusive activity. reCAPTCHA is used for website security and fraud and abuse prevention.

When reCAPTCHA is used, Google may process technical and interaction information associated with your visit, such as device, browser, network, IP address, and website-interaction information, and may set the _GRECAPTCHA security cookie. Google provides reCAPTCHA to us as a service provider or processor for these security purposes. See our Cookie Policy for additional information about cookies and similar technologies.
